2. Send an email to info@luckbringercat.com with your order number in the subject line. Attach your design as a high-quality image. If you don't have an image, describe your desired pattern in detail for our designers to create.
3. If you request our designers to produce the pattern, you'll receive a preview of the product for your approval before it goes into production.
Note: We value creativity and respect intellectual property rights. Any design pattern submitted must be original or used with proper authorization to ensure compliance with copyright laws.
